Having over 22 years' experience in the design, production and administration of projects ranging from small tenant build-out (TI) to large scale mixed-use developments. Project experience include: historic preservation, adaptive reuse, military, civic, educational, retail, office, hospitality, single family, multi-family, healthcare, and mixed-use. I have also been instrumental in the renovation and retrofit of multiple old retail buildings for a variety of new uses.
